These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of athletedom.com and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Athletedom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
You may create an account if you are at least 16, or at least 13 with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account of each type; accounts can’t be sold or transferred.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away at contact@athletedom.com if you think someone else has accessed it. We may ask you to confirm your email address before you can use some features, such as posting or sending connection requests.
Athletedom includes profiles and statistics compiled from public sources such as league, federation and club websites. We work to keep them accurate but can’t guarantee that every figure is complete or current. If a profile is about you, you can claim and verify it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it — see the Privacy Policy for your rights.
You keep ownership of the content you add — your profile, photos, posts, listings and messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content on the Platform, and to use it to promote the Platform, for as long as it stays on Athletedom. You confirm that you have the right to post it.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules. You can report a problem to us at contact@athletedom.com.
Professional accounts must represent a real person or organisation. Listings, training offers and representation claims must be genuine and lawful. Athletedom is a place to find and contact people; we aren’t a party to any agreement you make with another user — trials, contracts, fees or training — and we don’t guarantee that any contact leads to one.
Overall (OVR) and potential (POT) ratings are Athletedom’s own assessments based on available statistics. They are opinions to help with discovery, not guarantees of ability or future performance.
Some features need a paid plan (“Premium”) or a one-time fee, such as profile verification. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by our payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid plan only if you add a payment method and don’t cancel before it ends. Fees already paid aren’t refunded except where the law requires it — including your right as an EU consumer to withdraw within 14 days, which ends once you ask us to start the service (for example, when a verification begins).
You can stop using Athletedom at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@athletedom.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, for content posted by other users, or for decisions made using information on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms as the Platform changes. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know on the Platform or by email before it takes effect. Using Athletedom after that means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country and may bring a claim there.
